About

The scientific literature covering the etiology of chronic pain, trauma, and stress has exponentially expanded in the past ten years. In fact, this scientific field, called psychoneuroimmunology, has now integrated many fields of treatment approaches that were once thought to be different from each other. These approaches include mindfulness, breath work, the power of touch and sound, neurostimulation, and pleasure.

This course focuses on “why” you and your client’s health status is what it is, and “what” and “how” you can do more than you know in less time than you think. In other words, learn how it’s possible to return to optimal physical and cognitive wellness and performance in less than 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

This course will teach you:

  1. Psychoneuroimmunology and what it means to your client
  2. The basic physiological process of the body’s reactions to stress and trauma
  3. The variety of diagnoses that lead to a hypersensitive psychoneuroimmune system
  4. How secondary trauma may affect you and three daily exercises that you can do to heal its effects
  5. How to control your mind via the body’s main control centers

All attendees will receive the course book as a digital download. A printed copy of the course book is available, at a discount to attendees, for $40. If you wish to purchase the printed version of the course book, please call PBI Customer Service at 800-932-4637.
