Second marriages, blended families, single-parents, and non-married couples--these are just some examples of the modern family. This program highlights key issues that attorneys must consider to ensure that clients' assets are preserved and transferred to intended loved ones. Estate Planning for Modern Families covers topics such as testamentary planning, before/after marriage planning, addressing family dynamics, and surrogate decision making. Panelists will also discuss use of trusts for addicted heirs and disabled heirs
