CLE Financial Hardship Policy:
The Lancaster Bar Association may, at its discretion, reduce or waive the course fee for any attorney, member or non-member, who wishes to attend an LBA CLE program, but for whom the cost would present a financial hardship.
Requests for fee reductions/waivers, along with a brief explanation of hardship, must be received at least 10 days prior to the CLE program. Send requests directly to LBA Executive Director Lisa Driendl-Miller at
lisa@lancasterbar.org, or call 717-393-7721. All requests will be treated confidentially.
The payment of CLE credit fees ($1.50 per credit), separate from course fees, will remain the responsibility of the attorney.
