Event Description

Do you feel overwhelmed with everything that needs to be accomplished, and everything seems important? Does it seem like time just disappears sometimes? Do you feel worn out at the end of the day or have things you want to do but just don’t have enough energy?

This class facilitates more effectively preserving and allocating your resources to help with the aforementioned. We will focus on:

  • Pinpointing your personal time and energy traps and learning strategies to decrease pressure and allow for more attention to what’s important but often gets neglected.
  • Identifying and utilizing untapped resources in your personal and professional life to decrease tasks, giving you more time and energy for the things only you can do that are
  • Tools and approaches to help with prioritizing and managing to-do’s so you can be less stressed by focusing on one thing at a time, improving your performance and engagement
