Pathways to Success in Private Practice

For decades, roughly equal numbers of men and women have been graduating from U.S. law schools. However, women are still under-represented at the equity partner level and are more likely to leave the practice of law than their male counterparts. Presented by the Women in the Profession Committee, this panel discussion with an esteemed group of female attorneys will focus on ways that law firms and the legal community can combat these troubling trends and will provide participants with strategies for achieving success in private practice.
