Description: Members of the Crumling & Hoffmaster Team will provide some insights into the different types of economic relief available to individuals and business owners as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  They will discuss factors to consider when determining income available for support, changes to tax credits as well as new factors to consider when valuing a closely held business.

Greg Crumling has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. His career started in taxation and quickly moved into the areas of forensic, litigation and valuation services within a public accounting firm. After being introduced to business valuations for estate purposes over 30 years ago, Greg’s career led him to become a respected forensic, litigation and valuation consultant in central Pennsylvania. He has significant experience in business valuation and financial forensics in family law consultation and litigation and has been qualified as an expert in York, Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Adams, Franklin, Montour, Luzerne, Indiana and Lebanon Counties, as well as United States Bankruptcy Court and District Court (Middle District of Pennsylvania).

 

Adriann Reed began her career in a traditional public accounting firm in 2007, with her primary concentration in an audit role. Then, in 2010, she transitioned her focus to business valuations and litigation support. Adriann has performed business valuations for various purposes, including gift and estate tax filings, business planning, shareholder disputes, and family law consultation. Additionally, she has assisted in determining

A. Reedcash flow available for spousal and child support as well as performing forensic analysis as it relates to hidden income and assets. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst, Adriann is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has led civil and criminal asset misappropriation investigations. She has been qualified as an expert on business valuation, income available for support and financial forensic matters in various counties including Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, and Franklin.
