Charlie Winters, a Lancaster County native, joins us after graduating from York College of Pennsylvania in May of 2018 with dual degrees in Human Services and Spanish. She also studied abroad in Granada, Spain right before starting her senior year. During her senior year, she interned with the Interpreter’s Office at the York County Judicial Center, learning about the importance of language accessibility within the judicial process. She was an active member on her college campus as a captain of the YCP Dance Team, Spanish tutor, and member of the Tau Upsilon Alpha National Honor Society for Human Services. She enjoys spending her free time in the kitchen baking for her family and friends. Charlie has always been passionate about helping others and looks forward to fulfilling this passion by serving English and Spanish speakers in her role at the Lancaster Bar Association.
