Description: Please join us for a discussion of the pros, cons and pitfalls that attorneys often face when representing a municipality that is evaluating monetization options for its water or sewer system. Attendees will hear from attorneys with extensive public utility, tax, finance and municipal legal experience about the factors to be considered in determining whether to sell, lease, license, or otherwise generate additional revenue from municipal water or sewer assets.
