Description: The Lancaster County Credit Card Diversion Program goes into effect on January 1, 2022 substantially changing how credit card collection actions are managed in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. This CLE provides an overview of the diversion program, conciliation conference process, and forms required for participation. Both attorneys and paralegals are welcome to attend to learn the essentials of this program and credit card collection litigation in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
