My name is, Holly Lyle, I have lived in Lancaster County, PA my whole life. I have been married to my husband Ken for 21 years and we have 2 daughters, Megan is 19, 2nd year at West Chester University and Katie is 16, a Junior at Lancaster Catholic. I work for Sierra Pacific mortgage, I’m the sales manager. I’ve been mortgage lender here in Lancaster for the last 30 years. As a mortgage lender I’ve helped many divorcing clients with navigating through the process of financing a new home or refinancing their ex-spouse off of the current mortgage. When the Pandemic hit I decided to take the knowledge I already have and spend the down time becoming a Certified Divorce Lending Professional. As a CDLP™, I am trained to recognize not only the obstacles divorcing clients face while trying to obtain mortgage financing but to provide assistance during the settlement process to better enable future mortgage financing. As a member of the Divorce Lending Association, I have access to an amazing network of knowledgeable colleagues and plenty of access to review the most challenging divorce scenarios.
