2023 Family Law Summit (3.0 Substantive Credits)

DESCRIPTION:

The Summit will consist of 3 unique 1-hour sessions impacting the practice of a family law attorney. Representatives from the Lancaster County Children & Youth Agency will discuss the investigation process and what information is available to parties’ private counsel and what they can expect when C&Y is involved specifically when there is a pending custody action. The second hour will be a case law update discussing recent case law decisions. The final session is a presentation focusing on the impact of a bankruptcy filing on family and family law matters.
