At the LBA, we offer two types of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs that provide effective ways to resolve conflicts outside of the traditional courtroom setting. What makes ADR unique is that it requires the agreement of all parties involved before they can participate, ensuring voluntary participation and the acceptance of any decisions made during the process.
To begin the Attorney Fee Dispute Resolution process, we have a questionnaire specifically designed for clients like you. By filling it out, you can provide us with the necessary information to proceed with the resolution of your fee-related concerns.
Mediation: In mediation, a mediator facilitates discussions between the disputing parties, helping them find common ground and reach a voluntary agreement.
If you would like to learn more about our ADR services or to initiate an ADR request, please contact Kelly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 717-393-0737. We are here to assist you in finding a fair and efficient resolution to your dispute without the need for a lengthy court process.
