Room Rentals

The LBA makes rooms freely available to members. We also make rooms available to non-member attorneys and local community organizations for a modest rental fee. LBA members are given priority in booking room reservations. If you are interested in scheduling a meeting, please contact Elizabeth at 717.393.0737 or elizabeth@lancasterbar.org.

Food:  Coffee and water are complimentary. Catering is available through our preferred caterer, Thyme and Seasons

Set up:  Depending on the room requested, there are a variety of set up options to choose from for your meeting. 

Parking:  Metered street parking or garage parking is available within walking distance at the Duke Street or Prince Street parking garages.  

Hours:  Meeting rooms are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (3:00 pm in the summer) at our weekday rates.  Please contact us for limited evening and weekend availability and pricing.
