This live seminar will feature presentations and a panel discussion focusing on best practices in regional comprehensive planning and implementation. Panelists will discuss approaches to regional comprehensive planning, the legal framework for multi-municipal cooperation, organizational structures for collaboration, and implementation tools provided for in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Specifically, tools will include intergovernmental cooperative planning and implementation agreements, official maps, and specific plans.
